No. Not me, you’ll be pleased to know.
Our daughter, or our son:
You see, at 7:46 this morning, the

I am not American. The wife is. But we have begotten two little potential taxpayers for their economy; two soldiers for their armies; two servants of their churches; two citizens of their cities...
For years, I thought that the only thing the Boy and the Girl could never become is the Commander-in-Chief and President of the
But I have just found out that they may in fact eligible. Or at least I think they are.
Article 2 of the
(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totalling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years.
So The Boy/Girl are eligible for president; the wife is the citizen and I am definitely the alien.
That last part, I’ve pretty much always suspected.
Love, Justin.

I heard this on the Radio this morning.
Apparently 40years ago when the US eclipsed 200,000,000 Pres. Roosevelt (?) held a celebratory press conference.
Has Dubbya had anything to say? I enjoy his joke press conferences (like releasing the turkeys last year) more than his serious ones. But lines are beginning to blur between the two. (sorry I couldn't resist)
You are free to say as you please, Mr Mayes. Please don't resist. I too find 'Bush Relaxed' to be far more enjoyable to watch than 'Bush Serious'. He can be quite funny.
I haven't watched any TV for a couple of days. Nor have a bought a paper. So I don't know what they're saying. There was no parade up Broadway. I can say that for sure.
yippee--a moffat for president. That would be very very kewl.
Your post reminded me of being in your apartment last summer and you, at my suggestion, looking at the oaths for becoming a U.S. and becoming an Australian citizen, and how the differences in the oaths reminds me, in some ways, of the differences between the two countries. Do you remember?

Your the only man I know who would delve into the constitution.
if looks are anything to go off....they're a shoe it!
Just need to get a couple of shots of them with rounded edges and faded colors and they will be immortalised.
Becaus the apples don't fall far from the trees. . . my vote would be for any Moffat sight unseen, alien for parent or no. :)
as another alien to another, go for POTUS! you're a kangaroo alien. i'm a mountie alien.
benjamin -- indeed I do remember that. I was thinking of posting something about the differences of the two oaths...
dude--your blog is broken. it says "0 comments", but there are actually >0 comments!
but I already *did* post something about the two oaths. Not that that prevents you from posting something better about them. I found a kewl photo to go with it!
Is it theologically correct to say that the "truth" in the John 4 where he says "must worship the father in spirit and in truth" *means* offering Jesus Christ to the father in our minds/thoughts? Cause a guy in a Bible study today said that, and it made a lot of sense to me/I found it helpful. But I think he has studied theology, which I haven't, and I wondered if that is theologically correct. And I thought "Self, you should ask Justin, 'cause he'll know"
I KNEW IT! When I first met you I told myself, "Holy crap! That guy's an alien!"
Live Long and Prosper.
