Jessica Simpson on God

I know that this is a cheap shot, but I read this quote in a Marie Clare article called '40 Things You Don't Know About Jessica Simpson'. Says Jessica Simpson:
I've been contemplating taking a college course in religion. I love religion. I remember whenever the book The Da Vinci Code came out, the Discovery Channel did this three-night piece on it that I Tivoed and then watched eight times.
What?

Maybe she means that every time a new print edition of DVC came out, she recorded and watched the 'doco' in the hope of learning further groundbreaking details. I'm sure there were that many different editions.

Or maybe she's too dumb to know what whenever actually means.

Yeah, probably the latter. Eight times might just about cover the requisite attention span ;-)

my pastor used to lament how JS has changed a lot since she first came on the music scene where she talked a lot about faith and God on her website and in her music...
alas..

More importantly, how come you are reading Marie Clare?

Each to his own, Phil.

But for the record, read the H/T at the bottom of the post.

I'm just impressed that she can operate a tivo....

Here is where we see a concrete example of the saying "a little bit of information is a dangerous thing."

well according to vanity fair and her fifth grade teacher and her mom, she must know what "whenever" actually means because she has a 160 IQ...which ties her with al einstein!
